Mr. Schneider has experience in transit planning and marketing. He was responsible for public information and signage on Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT) buses, light rail vehicles and stations. He also developed and implemented format changes to RT's Bus & Light Rail Timetable Book, resulting in reduced costs and increased sales. Schneider also designed and implemented a highly successful pulse system for Yolobus, including service to Sacramento International Airport and improvements to the Baylink Express Coach service connecting the Vallejo-San Francisco ferry with Davis and Sacramento. He is editor and publisher of the California Transit Guide and California By Train, Bus & Ferry. Other publishing experience includes contributions to the Thomas Cook Independent Traveller's USA 2000, International Air Travel Handbook and North American Rail & Bus Guide. Design experience includes Amtrak's Capitol Corridor Timetable. He also developed the California Transit Publications, Davis Airporter and Yolobus websites.
Mr. Tolmach is an award-winning graphic designer with over 20 years of experience producing transit information. For over 10 years, he designed and produced the California Amtrak Timetable, along with a number of four color direct mail advertisements promoting state-sponsored intercity rail service. He also developed innovative marketing programs and publications for the city of Vallejo's BartLink bus and Baylink ferry service. Other publication work includes design and production of system maps for the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT), the AMA system in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and timetables and maps for Antelope Valley Transit Authority, Lancaster, CA; Chittenden County Transportation Authority, Burlington, VT; the city of Clovis, CA; the Council of Fresno County Governments, Fresno, CA; the city of Santa Clarita, CA; and VIA Adventures, Merced, CA
Mr. Mullins has over 15 years experience in the computer industry,
specializing in software development and systems implementation
and administration. He is responsible for the development and
administration of SoCalTIP, the Southern
California Transit Information Page, and assisted in data
collection and preparation for the Bay
Area Transit Information Page. He also did programming work
on the Davis Airporter
website. He has worked in the public sector at Los Angeles
Valley College. His private sector experience includes positions
at Great Western Bank, the Los Angeles Times, and Software AG,
a software company that counts many federal, state and local
agencies among its customers.
